  • Successfully implementing company policy and developing strategic plans in the site$
  • Deliver financial performance by controlling finance and maintaining an effective management team,
  • Maintaining a dialogue between shareholders and the board and ensure that all efforts are in alignment
  • Act as the Legal Representative (including the management and control) of the site
  • Deliver on sales, orders, profit and cash as per agreed budget, supplemented by Customer Directors for existing clients and Business Development for new clients
  • Manage maintenance / services contracts execution 
  • Represents Alstom at local level
  • Manage Workload in line with (Site)/ Regional Centre Workload strategy
  • Provides guidance for workers as needed and approves training opportunities
  • Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions
  • Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths
  • Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals
  • Ensure safety and security co-ordination for Alstom employees, assets and datas in the site.
  • Ensure that a crisis management system is developed and maintained.
  • Ensure that the Ethics & Compliance policy is applied in the country in respect of all business transactions and of personal integrity
  • Ensure implementation of Transformation Program actions
  • Develop and protect Alstom image in the country or cluster with key stakeholders
  • Ensures Site cohesion, constructive Social relations, compliance with EHS regulations 
  • Manage Field Operations activities for projects
  • Implement and ensure right application of (site) Quality Management System
  • Ensure that (Site) Standard Processes are deployed
  • Ensure that (Site)global strategy & action plans are deployed and applied

 

Performance measurements:   (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)

  • Finance (sales, POH, cash)
  • Project QCD
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Quality (GR GO On time, GR On time, Costs of Non-Quality, ISO compliance)
  • EHS KPIs (IFR1, IFR2)
  • Compliance Process, legal & Social Responsibility (industrial relations, ethics & compliance, ALSTOM Image)
