Could you be the full-time Warehouse Assistant in Oslo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and committed teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of physical flows of goods, including reception, storage, picking, line feeding, packing, and shipping. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Warehouse & Logistic Management, Quality Teams, and Material Planners), ensure the alignment of physical and system flows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of handling materials safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate ERP updates, but also support inventory management and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying safety, environmental, and emergency procedures in all processes

  • Handling materials and executing ERP transactions for accurate system alignment

  • Detecting and addressing anomalies, escalating unresolved issues to management

  • Prioritizing activities based on operational emergencies

  • Preserving materials during all processes (handling, storage, line feeding, shipment, etc.)

  • Contributing to process improvements by proposing innovative ideas

  • Completed mandatory education (high school diploma desirable)

  • Experience or understanding of forklift driving (forklift license required for drivers)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is desirable

  • Familiarity with IT tools and systems for inventory and logistics management

  • A proactive and safety-conscious mindset

  • Strong team spirit and flexibility

  • Reliable, well-organized, and goal-oriented
