Could you be the full-time Warehouse Assistant in Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside diligent, safety-conscious teammates.
You'll ensure the seamless operation of our supply chain by accurately managing the physical and system flows of goods. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality, Material Planning), execute information system updates, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of goods reception, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, but also engage in inventory management and materials handling.
We’ll look to you for:

Adhering to and promoting Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

Performing real-time updates in our ERP system to align physical stock with system records

Identifying and addressing discrepancies and reporting unresolved issues to management
-
Prioritizing tasks based on urgency, such as managing missing parts
-
Maintaining the integrity of materials throughout all processes
-
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new ideas

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience or understanding of forklift operations (if applicable)

Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S methodologies

A forklift driving license (for forklift drivers only)

Strong team spirit and flexibility
-
Reliability and excellent organizational skills
