Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Team members, Customer, Partners and  Member of the Project Core Team .

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead and coordinate the supply chain activities from end-to-end for the train fleets under your responsibility, from material demand to material delivery to installation in track.
  • Be the bridge between supply chain team and the rest of the project stakeholders (Procurement, Engineering, Installation, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Warranty, Project Management, etc.).
  • Perform risk assessments, raise alerts on time and coordinate mitigation plans with stakeholders.
  • Ensure the proper set-up of the project industrialization process and manage the corresponding QCD (Quality-Cost-Delivery) deliverables, with special focus on reducing missing parts.
  • Drive the demand in SAP, defining and creating the right set-up for the network activities and the link with the cost structure (WBS).
  • Participate in the Material Work Package (Cost VS Budget) periodical reviews with the finance, and establish a robust “at completion” (EAC) vision, taking into account risks, ambitions and uncertainties.
  • Coordinate the execution of the project-related actions decided by the Industrial Change Control Board (impact on the customer, retrofit,...) and oversee potential sourcing and industrial impact on series due to modification raised from Engineering.
  • During the project warranty, coordinate the implementation of any repairs and retrofit plan needed for the Material part of his/her industrial work package.
