Could you be the full-time Project Document Controller in Oslo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and document management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless management and delivery of project documentation, contributing directly to the success of a significant signaling project in Norway. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the Grorud site team, project management, and customer relations), oversee the validation and submission of project documents, and support the creation of templates and distribution processes.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), but also prepare and document information for customer submissions.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring internal validation of project documents before submission to the customer

  • Controlling contractual documentation and managing its timely delivery

  • Creating and updating contractual document templates

  • Issuing and managing internal document templates

  • Supporting team members on-site at Grorud once a week

  • Following up with customers and stakeholders regarding documentation status

  • Support team members at the Grorud site once a week.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field

  • At least 5 years of experience in document control

  • Knowledge of the railway industry (an advantage)

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian

  • A well-organized, rigorous, and structured mindset

  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively on projects

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Adaptability to a complex, multicultural environment
