Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project assistant expertise in a new cutting-edge field. and work alongside
proactive and motivated teammates.
You will be responsible to provide a confidential, effective, and professional service to the Project Director and the
team. Furthermore, you will be assisting the Project Director to guarantee time efficiency.
We’ll look to you for:
Project Assistance
- Managing and recording annual leave of the Project team
- Liaising with the project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for the PM
- Compiling reports for Project reviews
- Arranging meetings – including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etc.
- Travel arrangements – flights/hotel bookings -visa
- Manage expenses sheets in the e-tools
- Diary management
- Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes
- Provide support in making PowerPoint presentations
- Manage purchase requests and follow payment of invoices
- Provide the necessary support to newcomers in the team
- Support the Project team with critical tasks for key milestones if needed.
Project Management Office
- Build a newsletter that will be published on a quarterly basis
- Lead the organization of specific communication events
- Actively maintain project KPI dashboard and lead specific improvement initiatives
- Support the project team with regular updates of the Project Management Plan and other relevant project plans as needed.
- Lead planning of project activities happening in Norway

- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience using corporate intranet software to book travel.
- IT skills – Good command of software (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…) and computer.
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Team spirit and customer-focused.
- Autonomy, good sense of initiative and ability to anticipate and solve issues.
- Experience in project management in an industrial environment desirable
- Rigorous and structured attitude, strong sense of anticipation.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, high level of energy.
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, comfortable delivering under pressure.
- Fast learner, at ease with complexity, can go the extra-mile.
- Ability and willingness to cooperate with a large, diverse team of stakeholders.
