Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future role

As a Material Planner you will suppliers' performances KPIs, ensure the availability of goods, and manage the delivery of goods from suppliers using dedicated tools. Moreover, you will contribute to supplier selection, manage Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation, and track missing parts until stock availability. You will also analyze and share delivery performance KPIs with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible to :
- Monitor supplier performance KPIs, ensure material planning and ERP settings are in line with targets, and follow up on deliveries for warranty and maintenance activities.
- Create Material Planning documents such as Call-off, Schedule Agreement and respective Source List and Quota Management.
- Verify suppliers' confirmation and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production/projects.
- Organize regular reviews with suppliers to check deliveries' status.
- Resolve Goods Receipts issues, track missing parts and maintain delivery dates in ERP, and ensure non-conformities replacement through NCR process.
- Apply APSYS (Alstom Production System) roadmap and Golden Rules, respect EHS policy, and participate in EHS improvement and targets achievement.
- Respect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in working with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, and continuous improvement processes.
- Understanding of Industrial scheduling, transportation, and Distribution.
- Ability to operate with agility, fostering collaboration across the organization.
