Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Oslo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and dynamic teammates.

You'll contribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are in line with these objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Operations, Project Management), manage your Supplier's portfolio to ensure goods delivery, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring supplier’s performance KPIs, as well as express delivery needs to suppliers and drive action plans for performance improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Following up on deliveries and ensuring the availability of goods for Alstom projects

  • Monitoring supplier’s performance KPIs

  • Managing your Supplier's portfolio (Internal and/or External suppliers)

  • Contributing to the governance of the Supplier's delivery performances

  • Collaborating with the Procurement team to ensure contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP system

  • Contributing to risk management and action plans for performance improvement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • Experience working in supply chain management

  • Knowledge of ERP systems
