Could you be the full-time Logistics Operator in Oslo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and operational expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dedicated teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials, aligning physical and system flows to meet operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Warehouse & Logistic Management, Logistic Engineers, Quality Teams, and Material Planners), update and manage ERP systems, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of executing physical flows of goods such as reception, putaway, storage, picking, line feeding, packing, and shipping. You'll also handle inventory management and non-conformity reporting processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring adherence to company health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Updating information systems and ERP transactions in real-time
  • Detecting and addressing anomalies and escalating unresolved issues
  • Prioritizing activities to meet operational needs, such as managing missing parts
  • Preserving materials throughout all processes, including handling, storage, and shipment
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies

  • Completed mandatory education
  • Experience or understanding of forklift driving (license required)
  • Knowledgeable of ERP SAP environment
  • Organizational skills and reliability
  • Comfortable working in an IT-enabled environment
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian
