Could you be the full-time Logistic Operator in Oslo, Norway we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistical and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and supportive teammates.

You'll record and retrieve critical supply/logistics information, ensuring seamless operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, sales, and customer service), control supplier documentation and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating material orders in the Warehouse management system, but also organize transport requests to various stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring data correctness in the ERP system (SAP)

  • Following up on transport requests up to the invoicing

  • Coordinating the return of parts from Alstom customers

  • Participating in inventory controls and maintaining high-quality standards for audits

  • Adhering to quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Another responsibility
