Could you be the full-time Logistics Manager in Oslo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our logistics processes, from warehouse management to transport coordination, all while driving optimization and compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Quality Assurance, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and efficiency in our logistics operations. You’ll also lead and empower a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

You’ll specifically take care of aligning physical and system flows while ensuring data accuracy and compliance, but also optimizing warehouse layouts and transportation flows to meet project delivery requirements.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies while promoting a strong EHS culture

  • Implementing and maintaining logistics standards for physical material flows, including goods reception, warehousing, kitting, and shipping

  • Optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flows in line with Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles

  • Managing and developing logistics resources across multiple projects in a high-paced environment

  • Ensuring ERP solutions are correctly implemented, used, and maintained, with high-quality master data

  • Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and cycle counting performance

  • Managing departmental budgets and ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) rules

  • Supporting logistics transformation initiatives to prepare for future industrial and project needs


All about you

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial fields

  • Fluency in English (Norwegian knowledge is a plus)

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management

  • At least 5 years of experience in team management

  • Proficiency in SAP (MM and IM modules)

  • Knowledge of industrial fields and/or material planning

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Strategic and methodical vision with effective risk management and problem-solving abilities

  • An agile, inclusive, and responsible attitude with a partnership mindset
