Could you be the full-time Lead Project Planning Manager in Oslo we’re looking for?

Your future role

As a Lead Project Planning Manager, You will Work in close collaboration with the Project Manager, owner of time management topic in the project team, providing proper time management information to support decisions making to reach expected On Time Delivery performance of the project. Furthermore, you will lead the project schedule based on internal standard PERT, contractual targets and data provided by all stakeholders, in line with the integrated schedule managed by Alstom.

 

Day-to-day, In this role you will work close together with a very dynamic project team and stakeholders.

 

You will be responsible to :

 

  • Ensure the monthly update of the Customer schedule
  • Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments, manage the schedules interfaces, with specific focus on the Alstom LU internal interfaces
  • Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions, with internal team and Customer
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
  • Propose recovery plan to mitigate any impact on critical path and Customer milestones
  • Lead schedule related Customer discussions in case of claim

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree and Msc in Engineering.
  • Scheduling tool: Primavera P6
  • 7 Years of experience in Similar role
  • Language skills required: advanced/business fluent level of English. It will be a plus to have Norwegian language skills.          
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker
  • Be able to challenge project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions.
