Could you be the full-time Testing Engineer in Astana we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Maralbek Mustafin, Testing Manager, and work alongside hard-working and friendly teammates.

You'll work on supporting colleagues with mastering testing tools. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, Procurement etc.), and support testing programs and applications. You’ll specifically take care of development and improvement of testing procedures, but also contribute to continuous improvement process.

 

We’ll look to you for:

Development and improvement of testing procedures 

Support testing programs and aplications

Ensure that testing performed according to validated test documentation

Monitor testing equipment, support and escalate issues if needed

Trainings of testing personel

Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications.

Calculate precise Method Time.

Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: test procedures, programs, tooling.

Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.

Participate in continuous improvement workshops.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (design, electrical, rolling stock, automation etc.) 
  • Experience in testing and commisioning or automation is desirable.
  • English at least pre-intermidiate level.
