Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Astana we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Material Planning Manager Zibagul Altybayeva, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.

You'll guarantee material stock is always available. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Engineering etc.), contribute to procurement and supply chain projects and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of liaising with internal Alstom suppliers, but also monitoring maintaining Supply Chain KPIs.

We’ll look to you for:

• Negotiating urgent procurement of missing parts;
• Monitoring Master Data accuracy in SAP;
• Checking shipment paperwork;
• Maintaining high Supply Chain KPIs (OTIF, Missing Parts etc.)

• Analytical skills
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP, JDE, 1C, Axapta or other)
• Intermediate or better English
• Expert MS Excel proficiency
• Good communication and data management skills
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Data Science
