Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in EKZ, Astana we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your talent in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to our Lead Logistics Coordinator Galiya Bekbossynova at EKZ, and work alongside passionate teammates.
You'll ensure timely delivery of all locomotive components. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (like Material Planning, Procurement, Quality etc.), perform analytical tasks and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring transportation KPIs, but also support expediting efforts.
We’ll look to you for:
- Timely delivery of shipments, consolidation at temp warehouses;
- Expediting;
- Selection of transportation providers, routes;
- Delivery tracking;
- Coordination with suppliers;
- Proofreading shipment documentation before customs clearance;
- Coordination with Finance, Accounting, Warehouse and Supply Chain;
- Organize return of non-conforming goods.
All about you

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management;
- Understanding of Logistics processes;
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipment documentation, customs clearance process;
- Proactivity and positive outlook.
