Your future role

 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our team our team responsible for the maintenance of the Metronet Train Fleet. Based at our facility in Nowergup, you will support all aspects of the operation with a diverse range of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and planning support to Project Managers and project Team Members, to help plan and facilitate Business Improvement initiatives and other Projects and initiatives which arise from time-to-time.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Management and administration of new starters, including admin set up.
  • Managing external training.
  • Document controlling for the project.
  • Supporting in documentation writing, SOP creations and ensuring task list are added to the relevant system.
  • Raising purchasing requests when required.
  • Invoicing and invoice management.
  • Monitoring and supporting timesheet verification.
  • General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the leadership team.

  • IT savvy with demonstrated experience using Microsoft office products.
  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a project/operational environment.
  • SAP experience is preferred but not essential.
