Internship - Retrofit NOLA

Purpose of the Job:

To verify train on its arrival to the depot, to close all opened orders and assure the respect of the availability and reliability of the fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Retrofit Implementation: short/middle-term planning definition (with Planner and Operation Team)
• Check on POR (Purchase Order Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) issuing in accordance with retrofit planning (with Supply Chain Team)
• Expediting on CCB steps involving all function , support on critical points analysis
• FAT (First Application Test) organization and support
• Monitoring and Control on retrofit documentation annexed, application rate and completion target date achievement
• Support to PrOM on dashboard update /coordination meeting /conference call with internal and/or external team
• Weekly coordination meetings organization, preparation, attendance and follow-up with all function involved
• Database updating
• KPI issuing and monitoring
• Customer priorities Management support
• Criticalities and deviations Management
• Support “Make or Buy” analysis for manpower

Measurement:

Reliability, availability and punctuality (Other KPI’s relevant to contract)

•    KPI on fleet health e.g. Service Order Close-out – (real time)

•    Customer feedback (eg. Customer annual survey)
