We’ll look to you for:
-
Managing industrial activities in the relevant workshop: people, processes, and performance
-
Performing DpU and external demerit analysis to lead efficient line quality animation

-
Leading Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) and participating in FMR/SMR
-
Ensuring compliance of manufactured products and availability of the Car History Book before shipping
-
Managing internal NCRs and supporting closure using problem-solving methodologies like QRQC
-
Participating in customer inspections
-
Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes
-
Performing workstation audits and dynamic checklist follow-ups
-
Conducting or participating in product inspections as required
