Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your fleet management and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive a higher level of fleet reliability and maintenance optimization through the development and introduction of processes and procedures. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, EHS, and Continuous Improvement), monitor and control production on a shift-by-shift basis, and proactively identify areas for improvement by analyzing performance reports and customer feedback, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Managing a Production Team, including monitoring and controlling production on a shift-by-shift basis. ,

Ensuring that accountability for production is clearly defined and delegated. ,

Identifying staffing requirements for budgeted fixed workloads, ensuring flexibility and high levels of productivity are achieved. ,
-
Managing organizational change to optimize working practices and ensure a productive workforce. ,
-
Identifying training and other resource needs to facilitate production in the most effective way. ,
-
Ensuring all production meets the safety and quality requirements of internal standards and customer specifications. ,
-
Minimizing depot-operating costs and maximizing depot-operating efficiencies through effective resource planning and production overtime control. ,

Monitoring working practices and environments to ensure staff and facilities meet mandatory and/or statutory requirements. ,

Reviewing work plans to ensure daily production targets are met as effectively and efficiently as possible, and conducting analysis where production targets are not achieved. ,
-
Proactively identifying areas for improvement by analyzing production/service operation reports and customer complaints, and initiating actions to ensure improvements."

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. ,

Experience or understanding of fleet management, production oversight, or maintenance optimization processes. ,

Knowledge of KPI development and performance evaluation. ,

Familiarity with safety and quality standards in production environments. ,

Strong communication and leadership skills. ,

Ability to manage organizational change effectively. ,

Problem-solving and analytical skills for continuous improvement initiatives. ,

Understanding of resource planning and cost optimization. ,

Experience in managing relationships with sub-contractors and customers. ,
