Annual Salary:

$80,000 - $85,000

 

▪ Responsible for Works with Senior Management Team to secure proper invoice approvals.
▪ Reconcile statements to ensure all invoices are paid within agreement terms and that credits are properly documented.
▪ Maintain organized vendor files.
▪ Work alongside with Controller and assist with month-end close.
▪ Strong Knowledge of account payable cycle
▪ Work with Buyer on establishing process improvements and procedures for supplier set up
▪ Work with senior management team to continuously improve / develop process
▪ Interacted with all necessary partners, including vendors, upper management, and peers
▪ Handled full cycle A/P task and job costing with an average of multiples projects continuum
▪ Follow up with vendors and customers to help resolve issues and provide quick responses to inquiries
▪ Develop, implement, monitor, and report leading and lagging key performance indicators
▪ Processed all vendor invoices promptly in accordance with company policy.
▪ Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing charges and statements
▪ Handles reimbursement request for managers and employees via SAP
▪ Prepare periodic accrual analyses and make necessary accrual adjustments
▪ Communicate feedback to relevant internal staff and assign actions (create accountability)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Education

  • Graduated from university or with one year of experience

Experience

  • Experience working effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient with MS Excel

 

Preferred Education:

  • A college degree in Finance.

 

Competencies & Skills:

  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able to work well independently and on a team
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Must demonstrate monitoring & reporting skills
  • Must demonstrate an attention to detail

 

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position to perform duties at a workstation.
