Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team committed to excellence.You'll ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities while maintaining alignment between physical and system flows. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Logistics Management, Planning Managers, Material Planners, and Warehouse Key Users), manage the physical material flows in your area, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, among other responsibilities.You’ll specifically take care of optimizing storage space and ensuring material availability and delivery timelines, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with Alstom's APSYS roadmap.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policiesOverseeing material storage, availability, and delivery timelinesManaging physical and system material flows in your areaEnsuring effective use of ERP systems and training logistics operatorsMonitoring and improving performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Providing leadership and development for your team, including performance appraisals and trainingCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including 3PL providers, to ensure seamless operations
