Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless material flow and storage, aligning physical and system flows, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Logistics Engineering, Planning Managers, and Material Planners, as well as external partners like third-party logistics providers and truck drivers. You’ll also oversee warehouse operations, ensure safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of managing the physical material flows in your assigned area (e.g., reception, put-away, kitting, mirror area, shipping), but also ensure the correct use of ERP systems by logistics operators.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies

  • Managing material storage, availability, and delivery to production lines

  • Aligning physical material flows with system data in the ERP

  • Monitoring and improving performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Providing training and support to logistics operators

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes

  • Managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, if applicable

  • Implementing and optimizing warehouse layouts and line feeding activities

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in Industrial or Supply Chain Management

  • Experience in managing logistics operations (minimum 2 years in a management position)

  • Knowledge of ERP solutions, with familiarity in SAP (IM and WM modules) being a plus

  • Understanding of warehouse processes, including material receipt, kitting, and shipping

  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in logistics operations

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our dynamic and inclusive working environment

  • Progress towards leadership roles or specialized logistics expertise

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
