Mission :

Deliver project according to QCD commitments as specified at contract signature.

Enroll , manage and obtain the commitments of each member the Project Cross functional team. Support Customer Director in Upsell & proposing and negotiating variation orders with customer. Act in respect of applicable process and standards, and support the mission of the Project Quality and Safety Manager .Set up organisational and behaviour rules and pilot planning and resources to meet customers’ needs

Delivery the project as per the SLA agreed with the customer.

JOB Description:

  • Deliver the SLA for Signalling Systems Maintenance for the Project according to QCD, Contract and Safety commitments as specified at contract.
  • Must have a through knowldege of Urban Signalling System Particularly Distance to go technology .Knowledge of CBTC is welcome.  
  • A thorough understanding of all Signalling  subsystems like ATS , ATC,IXL, Point machines, Digital Track Circuits etc.  on functional  as well as maintenence is a MUST for this position.   
  • Network with Services platform to deploy best in class processes for maintenance.
  • Ensure that the project workload needs are well forecasted and anticipated.
  • Define, review & adjust strategies of the Project with Services DIrector and Customer Director periodically
  • Support Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with customer
  • Support Customer Director in getting customer acceptance of the project
  • Ensure DIS  Management Processes, Methods and Tools are applied on project
  • Ensure EHS rules are applied
  • Cash flow management
  • Manage operational interface with client to satisfy contract requirements and plan compliance
  • Act in respect of applicable process and standards, and support the mission of the Project Quality and Safety Manager
  • Set up organisational and behaviour rules and pilot planning and resources to meet customers’ needs
  • Demonstrate performance in : Scope Management ,Time Management , Cost Management Resources Management Risk & Opportunities identification and Management Quality Management Communication Manage.

  • Candidate must have an Engineering degree with a Minimum ecxerience of at least 14-16 years experience in maintenance & T&C with at least last 4 years in maintenance of Urban signalling  system like ATC,IXL,ATS , Point Machines and Digital Track Circuits.
  • Must be a leader and a team player and have the ability to coach and mentor team.
  • Self-Motivation.Carries out, using own initiative, activities which add value to the job.
  • Must have managed a team of upto 10-12  Maintenence Engineers.
