Could you be the full-time Project T&C (Testing & Commissioning) Manager (PrTCM) in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Testing & Commissioning in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking teammates.

You’ll ensure customer acceptance is achieved on time while meeting T&C Work Package QCD (Quality-Cost-Delay) commitments and adhering to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Validation, Industrial, and Quality teams), manage the T&C contract documentation, and ensure Return of Experience (REX) is captured and shared, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of supervising global customer acceptance performance within the T&C scope of work, but also ensuring compliance with project T&C QCD commitments.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria (PrTCM).

  • Managing Serial Testing and Commissioning activities, relying on site T&C structures.

  • Ensuring proper vehicle configuration and quality levels at key project milestones.

  • Making “Go/No Go” decisions at critical project stages in collaboration with PIM and PrQSM.

  • Supervising the creation and management of T&C contract documentation based on technical requirements.

  • Ensuring EHS is fully considered and all deviations, near-misses, and accidents are reported.

  • Capturing and managing non-conformities, liaising with engineering, validation, RAMS, manufacturing, and quality teams.

  • Driving the integration of Return of Experience (REX) into future projects.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of electrical, control, onboard communications, and network systems within the process industry, railways, or factory automation, and at least 2 years’ experience in Test Engineering (T&C Methods).

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

  • Knowledge of high-risk activities involving electrical work and EHS requirements (desirable).

  • Strong understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (e.g., earthing & bonding, cabling, protection, and instrumentation).

  • Leadership skills with a result-driven mindset.

  • Ability to foster communication between multiple stakeholders and work across sites/functions in a multicultural environment.

  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities in complex environments.

  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
