Could you be the full-time Environment Health & Safety (EHS) - Services Manager in Agra we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in environmental, health, and safety management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in fostering a high-performing environmental, health, and safety culture across our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Maintenance, Retrofit, and Validation teams, to ensure compliance with EHS standards, implement risk management strategies, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of deploying Alstom EHS standards and tools and monitoring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, but also support project teams in implementing safety management plans and emergency plans.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the Services Business in achieving EHS results

  • Developing and implementing EHS plans and programs to drive continuous improvement

  • Maintaining the EHS Management System in line with Alstom and international standards

  • Monitoring compliance with EHS statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements

  • Providing EHS training programs and supporting stakeholders

  • Leading EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations

  • University Degree (BE, B. Tech) or Diploma in Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety Engineering

  • Experience or understanding of industrial and electrical environments

  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection legislation and standards (ISO 14001 and 45001)

  • Familiarity with risk assessment, environmental impact analysis, and EHS tools and methodologies

  • A certification in industrial safety from a state board-approved institution (e.g., RLI/CLI)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at different organizational levels

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
