Could you be the full-time Project  Document Controller in New Delhi we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in documentation management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate documentation processes, contributing to the success of our projects and programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and quality assurance teams), support the Project/Program/Bid Documentation Manager (PrDM), and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing documentation management processes and monitoring the documentation lifecycle, but also ensure proper archiving and compliance with internal and external standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) and metadata

  • Controlling documentation standards, including templates, references, and versions

  • Defining and deploying documentation numbering systems

  • Managing the project working documents repository (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Ensuring proper submission of contractual documentation according to customer requirements

  • Recording and maintaining all technical and management documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)

  • Preparing and participating in sub-system gate reviews and coordinating with the PrDM

  • Providing inputs for documentation dashboards and reports

  • Suggesting improvements and sharing lessons learned to enhance documentation processes

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical documentation or a related field)

  • Experience or understanding of documentation control processes

  • Knowledge of EDMS tools and documentation standards

  • Familiarity with engineering and industrial processes

  • A structured and process-oriented approach to work

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Awareness of change and configuration management concepts
