Could you be the full-time Material Planner in Delhi  we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and material planning expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring goods are delivered at the right time, quantity, and place to support Alstom’s projects and operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering), oversee supplier delivery performance, and contribute to risk management strategies, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing supplier portfolios and monitoring delivery performance, but also collaborate with procurement teams to ensure ERP systems reflect contractual agreements effectively.

We’ll look to you for:

• Expressing delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools

• Ensuring the availability of goods for Alstom projects by following up on deliveries

• Monitoring and analyzing supplier performance KPIs

• Leading or participating in supplier performance improvement initiatives

• Contributing supply chain inputs for supplier selection

• Ensuring material planning and ERP settings align with project objectives

• Managing material planning documents, including call-offs and schedule agreements

• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supply chain disruptions

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain

• Experience or understanding of ERP systems and supply chain processes

• Knowledge of material requirements planning and inventory management

• Familiarity with supplier delivery performance management

• A supply chain certification (desirable)

• Proficiency in data analytics and project management basics

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
