Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your mechanical maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll ensure the optimal performance of plant machinery and contribute to the reliability of our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and quality assurance), diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of predictive and preventive maintenance of CNC machines, PLC systems, automated machining lines, and industrial robots, but also support TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.We’ll look to you for:Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, conveyors, and industrial robotsInterpreting mechanical drawings and applying strong knowledge of machine elementsDiagnosing and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systemsExecuting lubrication routines to ensure optimal performanceCollecting and analyzing daily machine data to identify and resolve issuesMonitoring key maintenance KPIs, such as Availability, MTBF, and MTTRContributing to TPM initiatives, Kaizen, 5S, and cost-saving projects

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering15 to 18 years of hands-on experience in maintaining plant machineryExperience in preventive and predictive maintenance of mechanical systemsKnowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, bearings, and mechanical drivesBasic understanding of electrical components and utilities in machineryFamiliarity with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologiesEffective spare parts management skillsProficiency in computer applications
