Could you be the full-time Project Industrialization Engineer (Services) in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless industrialization of maintenance, renovation/modernization, or warranty activities at our depots, repair centres, or production sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Depot Managers, Fleet Management & Engineering, Supply Chain, and more), define industrial documentation and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of industrial deliverables such as macro-processes, work instructions, and Bill of Materials, but also support the implementation of training plans and validate industrial means on-site.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the industrialization of technical documentation in alignment with Standard Manufacturing Process guidelines.

  • Defining and implementing industrial processes, deliverables, and tools for project execution.

  • Supporting project execution by adapting industrial processes to changes in design, maintenance plans, and operating modes.

  • Ensuring railway safety, EHS, and AZDP standards are respected in all activities.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, and safety.

  • Developing and sharing industrial expertise and best practices across the network.


All about you

  • Graduate engineering degree (BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience in the railway industry.

  • Experience in maintenance or production environments within the railway sector.

  • Knowledge of industrialization tools, methods, and techniques.

  • Familiarity with implementing and managing Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.

  • Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and Catia.

  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in rolling stock maintenance, lean manufacturing, or depot equipment commissioning is desirable.
