Could you be the full-time Project Industrialisation (Services) in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and innovative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll spearhead the industrialization of maintenance and modernization projects, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production Execution, Quality, and Supply Chain), manage industrial documents, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating work method statements, defining layouts and equipment selection, and maintaining process activity documentation. Additionally, you will lead make-or-buy strategies and implement training plans for industrial topics.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring consistency across industrialization functions such as tooling and industrial data

  • Managing commitments for industrial documents

  • Identifying production operation needs in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Providing technical support to operations and managing industrial data teams

  • Implementing project strategies and validating industrial deliverables

  • Defining and tracking industrial planning milestones

  • Contributing to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, and IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Understanding of industrial processes and tooling design

  • Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards

  • A certification in Lean Manufacturing is advantageous

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication and team-building capabilities
