Could you be the full-time Services Project Industrialization Manager in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization and production execution expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the industrial strategy for projects, ensuring seamless integration of supply chain and quality requirements, and driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing methods. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Quality, and Warranty Teams), manage the industrialization process, and contribute to the overall performance and efficiency of the project.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing Alstom’s industrial standards and methods, but also of ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in production processes.
We’ll look to you for:

Proposing and implementing an industrial strategy that aligns with project objectives.

Developing and managing make-or-buy analyses to optimize project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).

Preparing CAPEX requests and managing investment programs.
-
Ensuring compliance with safety, EHS, and quality standards in all industrial processes.
-
Setting up industrial targets and managing performance improvement plans.
-
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and deploying lean manufacturing practices.

Developing the skills of the industrial team to meet project requirements.

Delivering the industrial QCD budget.

A graduate engineering degree with 5 to 8 years of industrial-related experience, preferably in the railway industry, or a technical background with 8 to 10 years of production-related experience.

Experience managing teams in maintenance or production environments.

Strong knowledge of industrialization tools, methods, and techniques.

Familiarity with implementing and managing Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.

Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in the local language and English.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
