Could you be the full-time Depot Quality Manager in New Delhi - Badli Depot we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by leading safety and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, from the tender stage to contract closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business including the Project Manager, subsystem managers, quality teams, and cross-functional teams for reliability growth. You’ll also collaborate with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and certification authorities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing, implementing, and improving the Project Quality Management Plan, but also managing customer quality and project quality activities.
We’ll look to you for:

Representing quality in the project team and acting as the independent voice of the customer

Managing site Industrial Quality (IQ) activities, including budget, processes, and performance
-
Guiding project teams in understanding and implementing quality contributions
-
Ensuring compliance with quality requirements during maintenance and overhauling activities
-
Coordinating and synchronizing quality activities across project execution
-
Facilitating problem-solving to manage issues and reduce costs of non-quality

Graduate or post-graduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or equivalent engineering background

6 to 10 years of experience in the rolling stock, manufacturing, or engineering industry in a quality function

Awareness of processes and products delivered in projects

Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
-
Proficiency in English
-
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, or ECM
-
Collaboration and team-working skills
-
Desirable: Qualification in Six Sigma

Desirable: Knowledge of railway industry maintenance or manufacturing processes
