Main Responsibilities :   

  • Manage Standards Governance, Define Standards Communication, Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal  Standards Deployment.
  • Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment       
  • Identify  Needs & Define Requirements for Transversal Processes & Tools, Contribute to Transversal Process /Tool Definition, Improvement & Validation,      
  • Define & Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Manage Workforce, Staffing & organization, World Class Manufacturing network
  • Prepare Budget, Manage Budget construction, Release Final Budget, Review Budget  
  • Define performance KPIs, KPIs targets, Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country  Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly  KPIs
  • Provide Supply Chain inputs for Tenders   
  • Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies       



  • Very good communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with different tools including Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Knowledge and experience working in ERP.
  • Management and procedure application
  • Team-working and leadership



  • Bachelor’s degree is required in administration, engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working with Supply chain and warehousing
