Could you be the full-time onsite Project Coordinator - Materials in New Castle, DE, US we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your materials coordination and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of material-related activities for the TSSSA project, helping to optimize material flows, documentation, pricing, and communication. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain, engineering, and repair depots), support project reporting and KPI tracking, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating and tracking the full lifecycle of TSSSA material returns, workshop repairs, and replacements,

  • Ensuring correct documentation, labeling, and routing of returned items,

  • Following up with repair depots to ensure progress aligns with project needs,

  • Archiving repair reports and consolidating statistics such as repair price, material return and repair flow time, and failure product logs,

  • Supporting the reduction of overdue repairs, missing parts, and logistics delays,

  • Interfacing with Supplier Quality Assurance and coordinating warranty activities,

  • Facilitating internal repair set-up and tooling requirements in collaboration with site repair shops, supply chain, industrial, and engineering teams,

  • Assisting in preparing and validating pricing proposals for excluded matter and damage spare parts for customer submission,

  • Monitoring material consumption, repair costs, logistics charges, and Work Package budgets to maintain accurate cost control.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Technical Project Management, or related field,

  • Mimum 2 years of experience in materials, supply chain, repair operations, or project coordination/management,

  • Experience in materials planning, parts & materials management,

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and repair/return workflows,

  • Understanding of material planning, logistics flows, or industrial processes,

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams,

  • Ability to take ownership and work across different business areas,

  • Familiarity with cost optimization strategies,

  • Experience in the railway/transportation industry is preferred.
