Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operational and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency, serving as the key interface between ALSTOM and the customer. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Operations, Maintenance Management, and cross-functional departments), manage master data in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), and support local business processes beyond customer interfaces, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the Key User between ALSTOM and the customer for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and related system interfaces,
-
Supporting local business processes related to Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) beyond customer interfaces,
-
Managing master data objects in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and ensuring continuous data integrity,
-
Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), customer interfaces, and related applications,
-
Monitoring and resolving errors and incidents in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and customer interfaces, escalating as needed,
-
Understanding and managing the integration between ALSTOM and customer Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) systems,
-
Providing ongoing training and documentation for ALSTOM end users on Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and interface,
-
Utilizing business automation tools (e.g., WinShuttle) for bulk data uploads.

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,

Experience in Rail Transit and/or Maintenance Management and/or Fleet Operations & Planning (mandatory),

Experience or understanding of Maintenance Management Information Systems (MMIS) in industrial or transportation environments,
-
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel (advanced),
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and data management tools,
-
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities,
-
Familiarity with business automation tools such as WinShuttle,
-
Knowledge of ERP systems and integrated applications/interfaces,
-
Strong communication skills and ability to train and support end users.
