Could you be the full-time hybrid Finance Project Manager we’re looking for? This opportunity can be based in one of our locations: New Castle, DE, USA or Saint-Bruno, QC, Canada.
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your in-depth financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and insightful teammates. You'll lead the way to a greener and smarter mobility future by managing financial analysis, offering advice and guidance to support our project teams in making the best business decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Management, Strategy, and Compliance), contribute to negotiations to secure project success, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Forecasting, challenging and approving Project Financial KPIs such as cash, sales and margin,
-
Communicating with Project Stakeholders to provide reliable Business Cases to assist in the decision-making,
-
Optimizing financial aspects on the project including Tax, Hedging, Financing and Inflation,
-
Controlling the project gross margin through detailed work package reviews,
-
Escalating risks and opportunities to increase management attention,
-
Supporting Project Managers in risks and opportunities process and sign-off on contingencies and committed savings,
-
Ensuring Compliance with local regulations, especially for tax and statutory accounts purposes

Degree in Business Administration; Accounting; Economics or similar,

Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience, long and complex project control an asset,

Knowledge of project performance, project accounting, and internal control,

Familiarity with SAP and/or financial planning tools,
-
Proficiency in MS Excel,
-
Ability to interpret and implement financial strategies,
-
CPA certification or similar is a plus
