Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our projects by optimizing financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall performance of the project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Tax and Customs, Treasury, Internal Audit, and Operations), provide financial insights to stakeholders, and support the project team in achieving targets and mitigating risks.
You’ll specifically take care of financial performance analysis, compliance with financial regulations, and strategic financial planning, but also contribute to negotiations and risk management.
We’ll look to you for:

Participating in the overall Project Management process jointly with the Project Manager.

Optimizing financial aspects of the project, including tax, hedging, and financing strategies.

Providing financial advice and tutoring to the project team, fostering a culture of business agility and awareness.

Ensuring compliance with finance rules during project reviews and execution.

Controlling financial performance, proposing corrective actions, and raising "Early Warnings" when necessary.

Challenging and approving project financials, including cash flow and competitiveness.

Monitoring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.

Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., legal, operational excellence) and external financial players.

Supporting negotiations to secure project success and contributing to claim management processes.

Ensuring timely billing, managing costs and revenue, and optimizing working capital and cash flow.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience or understanding of financial management in a project-based environment.

Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial compliance requirements.

Familiarity with financial strategy optimization (e.g., tax, hedging, financing).

A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent (preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
