Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality assurance expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside proactive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving supplier quality performance and ensuring compliance with Alstom's standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams from sourcing, industrial operations, and engineering (such as SPQD, sourcing, and project teams), manage supplier non-conformities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier processes.
You’ll specifically take care of animating NCR (Non-Conformance Report) treatment processes and ensuring the effective implementation of corrective actions, but also oversee supplier quality reviews and drive Return of Experience (REX) integration for future projects.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Animating NCR treatment by setting up relevant action plans to meet supplier NCR targets.
-
Controlling the non-conformity management process within your team.
-
Ensuring timely communication with suppliers regarding NCRs and implementing process securitization.
-
Managing the invoicing of the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers.
-
Preparing and monitoring supplier quality reviews to address top issues.
-
Contributing to supplier quality performance by setting quality commitments and managing supplier status.
-
Establishing quality standards, tools, and supplier Return of Experience (ROE).
-
Leading and managing SPQD and/or SQA teams, including training and qualifications development.
-
Providing regular reporting on supplier quality performance and ensuring alignment with budget objectives.
-
Contributing to site continuous improvement programs, including process reviews, audits, and the APSYS roadmap.
-
Proposing and sharing best practices to enhance supplier quality processes.
