Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your operational leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and innovation across Alstom’s global operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrialization, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning, and Facility Development), lead efforts to standardize operations, and champion world-class manufacturing practices.

You’ll specifically take care of overseeing regional and site industrial operations, but also implement performance-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating activities within Regional and Site Industrial Operations

  • Ensuring collaboration across disciplines such as Industrialization, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning, and Facility Development

  • Developing and implementing standardized processes and tools for Industrial Operations

  • Driving compliance with the Alstom Management System and applicable rail standards

  • Leading the Industrialization Business Capability Center to promote best practices

  • Championing the integration of automation and robotics into transversal programs

  • Providing operational support to critical sites and strategic initiatives

  • Establishing and monitoring industrial performance measurement systems

  • Developing and implementing industrial improvement action plans

  • Overseeing the management of industrial competencies and fostering workforce development

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Proven experience in industrial operations, manufacturing, or a similar domain

  • Strong knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices

  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies

  • A certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related area

  • Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive collaboration across teams
