Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your performance measurement and KPI expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of methodologies, tools, and performance metrics that drive the success of operational applications. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering Métier, IS&T, and Key Users), define and deploy standard methodologies, and ensure alignment with central standards while addressing local ecosystem requirements.

You’ll specifically take care of capturing business needs and translating them into functional specifications, while also validating methodologies through key-user acceptance tests and ensuring end-to-end data flow consistency. Additionally, you’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide structured reporting and KPI monitoring.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and deploying standardized methodologies while minimizing local discrepancies in operational applications.

  • Capturing Engineering Métier requirements and translating them into functional specifications for tool development.

  • Leading work package delivery within new solution projects, ensuring adherence to project governance and gate review checklists.

  • Facilitating fluid communication with Key User networks and sharing up-to-date functional evolutions with end-users.

  • Ensuring efficient mitigation during operational crises to minimize end-user time loss.

  • Maintaining clear and structured reporting, including KPI monitoring and continuous improvement proposals.
