Could you be the full-time Material Master Data Officer - GSI Coordinator in Borg el arab we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ERP system expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our ERP system processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT, production, and material planning), analyze and resolve system anomalies, and provide training and support to end users.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing, launching, and monitoring ERP system metrics, but also ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Monitoring data accuracy and analyzing anomalies in the ERP system, while taking corrective and preventive actions.
Ensuring all system users execute ERP processes according to established rules.
Identifying root causes of data processing issues in SAP and resolving them effectively.
Updating material flow parameters and managing material requirements between projects.
Collaborating with IT to resolve issues, test solutions, and report modifications.
Providing training and support for end users, including developing and updating training materials.
Closing completed projects in SAP by clearing old orders, transfer requests, and remaining inventory.
Driving continuous improvement by implementing and tracking change proposals within the ERP system.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Knowledge of material planning and production processes.
Familiarity with occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations.
A certification in SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Access.
