Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of manufacturing activities and driving operational excellence in the line/workshop. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as supply chain, quality, and industrialization), lead initiatives to improve efficiency and safety, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of overseeing the entire manufacturing process from project initiation to final quality assurance, but also foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing manufacturing contributions to industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management

Defining and validating supply chain processes
-
Validating quality plans and overseeing industrialization activities
-
Conducting EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) risk and ergonomics analyses
-
Preparing manufacturing plans, resources, and skills management
-
Ensuring the handover of industrial processes from PME to manufacturing
-
Deploying APSYS (Alstom Production System) tools on the shop floor
-
Overseeing the complete scope of manufacturing activities, from preparation to execution
-
Managing issues promptly and driving corrective actions
-
Optimizing workstations and driving continuous improvement using APSYS tools
-
Leading and supporting your team through development, training, and compliance with corporate policies

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

Experience or understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing operations

Knowledge of supply chain management and quality assurance practices

Familiarity with EHS standards and ergonomics in a manufacturing environment

A Lean Manufacturing or APSYS certification
-
Strong leadership and team management skills
-
Proficiency in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and relevant tools
