Could you be the full-time Project Industrial Manager in Borg El Arab we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in industrial processes and project execution in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless industrialization of project deliverables, optimizing material flow, and driving efficiency to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing), manage industrial processes, and ensure alignment with project requirements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of setting up project industrialization processes and managing deliverables, but also ensuring the timely availability of resources and aligning industrial strategies with project goals.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Contributing to the tender phase by defining the Project Industrial Organization and Make or Buy Industrial scheme to optimize material flow, costs, and mitigate risks.
-
Ensuring the proper setup of the Project Industrialization process and managing corresponding deliverables in QCD.
-
Maximizing the use of standardized products and industrializing logistics flows to reduce end-to-end material lead time.
-
Proactively managing Bill of Materials (BoM) availability and addressing obsolescence management plans.
-
Driving demand to Industrial Operations and ensuring the delivery of the Industrial QCD work package in collaboration with other teams.
-
Supervising material procurement, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and shipment for project-specific products.
-
Coordinating the preparation and execution of Customer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) work plans.
-
Supporting project closure by ensuring clean and timely closure of hard inventory and managing warranty-related repairs and retrofits.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
-
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-
Experience or understanding of industrial processes, project management, and supply chain operations.
-
Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) management and industrial planning.
