We’ll look to you for:

  • Documenting and maintaining the site transportation and customs plan, covering all modes of transport in collaboration with the global transportation team.

  • Ensuring timely customs and transportation requests, bookings, and material dispatch readiness.

  • Managing shipping documentation and maintaining constant contact with suppliers and customers.

  • Monitoring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for import/export processes.

  • Participating in supplier performance reviews and contributing to RFPs for transportation services.

  • Driving continuous improvement plans and harmonization across sites.

  • Providing training to site teams on transportation and customs management strategies, regulations, and international trade practices.

  • Developing and maintaining performance dashboards, KPIs, and cost analysis reports.

  • Ensuring customs certifications compliance and renewal (e.g., AEO).

  • Identifying and mitigating operational customs risks.
