Purpose of the Job

Secure the delivery of parts procured on his/her suppliers' portfolio: right quantity, right  time and right place; in order to serve the Customer / Production, and comply with stock level targets.

External: Suppliers.

Performance Measurement

Supplier OTIF / Missing parts / Inventory Coverage on his suppliers' portfolio.

QCD indicator / TOP Worst and Top best suppliers / ERP alert messages / Suppliers confirmation level.

 

Skills

 

German

English:    shall be able to use professionnal English on a daily basis for speaking (phone-Skype), reading and writing purposes.

French and/ or Italian : intermediate level would be much appreciated.

 

- ERP experience (articles configuration, orders management...) or ERP architecture understanding (BOM, NCR...) or ability to use ERP,

- Experience in working in a Supplier/Customer relationship management (daily activity and performance),

- Experience in Logistic activities

- Logical and sense of prioritization (urgent vs important)

- Teamwork and collaboration with other functions,
