Purpose of the Job

The main mission for this position is to support the Customer Services activities, specially managing sales orders, repairs and returns, in addition of managing customer communications for these activities. Providing feedback to all our customers in a timely manner and work with other functions to follow the corresponding processes of the department.

Work within Customer Service, Sourcing, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, Finance and the warehouse.




Order Entry, Customer On time delivery in full, Return material authorizations.


Responsibilities (in his commodity)

Support the team to provide the best customer service. Works well in-group and problem solving situations. 

  1. Check all information needed to enter a sales order. Enter sales order from current quote. Make sure lead time given is correct. Provide confirmation to the customer. Create monthly Order entry report
  2. Follow RMA (Return Material authorization) entry procedure.
  3. Track core returns from open order report.
  4. Call and explain to customers any information needed and follow up with an e-mail
  5. Visit warehouse weekly, get familiarized with the team and help in case of any missed information from the customer.
  6. Works with purchasing so our lead times for repairs/returns are within an established                  period of time and this time is not exceeded.
  7. Interact with the other members of Customer Service, Sales, purchasing, Sourcing,        inventory and finance teams to assure a lean process and obtain all information to support the Sales order cycle.
