Organizational Reporting:

Maintenance and Technical Services Bids Manager

This person will have the responsibility of coordinating proposal activities, including proposal writing, to help ensure proposals are completed and submitted in a timely manner to the customers.

• Development and creation of proposals.
• Maintain the project proposal system for maintenance and technical services.  Analyze market data and trends to ensure best possible information.
• Assist in reviewing and developing financial models.
• Maintain strong market awareness in the areas of Maintenance and Services across North America.
• Provide support to corporate communications related to market, trends and proposals.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Educational Requirements:

• Two year degree in management or progress toward four year degree in management.
