Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your security expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of Alstom’s people, assets, and sensitive information. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with internal teams such as Site Security, Site Management, and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external partners like private security companies, local authorities, and neighboring organizations to create a secure environment.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing security measures, managing crisis processes, and maintaining compliance with Alstom’s security policies, but also contribute to fostering a culture of safety and awareness across the site.
We’ll look to you for:

Assessing threats and identifying security risks for the site

Implementing policies and procedures to safeguard employees, assets, and information
-
Maintaining strong relationships with district administration authorities and external security networks
-
Overseeing the management of security personnel and vendors
-
Drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site security plans
-
Handling security gadgets such as CCTV and access control systems
-
Conducting investigations into security breaches
-
Ensuring the safety of travelers, expatriates, and local staff
-
Managing security-related incidents and crises at the site level
-
Tracking and reporting on the political, social, and security landscape in the region

Degree in any discipline

Proficiency in English and Hindi (read, write, and speak)

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and common IT tools

Experience in Defence, Para-Military, or Private Physical Security in a supervisory role (minimum 3 years)

Knowledge of drafting security plans, processes, and SOPs
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks in complex situations

Teamwork and leadership capabilities

Basic knowledge of criminal law

Confidentiality and multicultural sensitivity
