Could you be the full-time Industrial Engineer in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in industrializing maintenance, renovation, and modernization activities at our Depot, Repair Centre, or Production site(s). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (design, sourcing, and quality teams), develop and optimize work instructions, and ensure industrial processes align with safety and quality standards, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation and process validation, but also support cost-reduction initiatives and ensure smooth industrial transitions.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals

Validating designs while considering industrial constraints
-
Analyzing technical performance and promoting improvements
-
Implementing the Project Make or Buy strategy
-
Ensuring compliance with Railway Safety, EHS, and AZDP standards
-
Managing configuration and design change processes

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience

Experience or understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and loco equipment

Knowledge of tools like OHM meters, clamp meters, and AutoCAD
-
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
-
A good understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
-
Experience in writing and improving manufacturing or maintenance work instructions
-
Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
