Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and process optimization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in shaping and standardizing supply chain processes, tools, and methods to ensure seamless operations and drive efficiency across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the IS&T team, local user groups, and regional stakeholders), provide technical training and user support, and monitor compliance with policies and performance metrics—and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Participating in the definition of new IS&T tools or the improvement of existing methods and tools (M&T) in collaboration with the IS&T team based on business requirements and budget constraints

Leading the implementation of new core tools and ensuring they are used correctly and effectively
-
Verifying compliance of IS&T tool usage with processes and instructions
-
Providing user support, including technical training and skills development
-
Planning and conducting regular reports and reviews to monitor compliance with policies and performance reporting (KPIs) for processes and tools

Coordinating the resolution of system and interface issues in collaboration with the IS&T team

Providing ongoing oversight of the correct use of IS&T tools in the supply chain and reporting on deviations

Collaborating with Alstom Regions and local user groups to ensure alignment and adoption of standards

Demonstrating leadership in driving the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and tools

Supporting cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and resilience

Degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field

Experience or understanding of supply chain processes, such as "Source to Procure," "Procure to Pay," "Receipt to Deliver," and "Plan to Manufacture

Knowledge of IS&T systems and tools in the supply chain

Familiarity with logistics business processes and compliance standards

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Excellent English language skills

Initiative and decisiveness in problem-solving

Ability to work effectively under time pressure
